3.1 Site tracking

Like many other websites, our site uses Google Analytics to track users around the site. We also take note of how the user reached our site should the site they come from provide referal information. If you opt to contact us using the form on our homepage or Contact us page, none of the data that you supply will be passed to or processed by any third party data processors. The data will be emailed directly to us over (SMTP). Our servers are protected by SSL which means that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet.

When you contact us via our contact form or make a purchase on our website we store your personal information on our server. We ensure that your personal information is kept securely and utilise SSL connections at all times. This website is hosted within a UK data centre. The Server is backed up and protected with high level security measures. All traffic between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.

We use a few third parties to handle personal data on our behalf. This could be for mailinglist handling and distribution or web site stats/analytics. These companies have been select after careful consideration and all of them comply with the EU and US legalistation and are compliant with the  EU-U.S Privacy Shield.

7.0 DATA BREACHES

If we suffer any unautorised access to our records, or this website’s database, or the database(s) of any of our third party we work with (as stated above), we will repoprt this to any and all persons affected and to the authorities within 72 hours of the breach happening,  if it is clear that any personal data we hold has been stolen.
